Pumpkin Oatmeal

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup quick oats

  • 3/4 cup milk

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 cup pumpkin or squash (cooked/mashed)

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

  • 1/8 tsp cloves

  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Optional:

  • Raisins

  • Nuts

Instructions:

  1. Mix quick oats with milk and water.

  2. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stir.

  3. Add pumpkin and stir.

  4. Microwave for another 2 minutes on high.

  5. Add sugar and other seasonings.
