Tomato Butter Pasta

Ingredients:  

  • 1 box of pasta (shells or elbow recommended)  

  • 1 large bottle of tomato juice  

  • Butter to taste  

  • Salt and pepper to taste 

Instructions:  

1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.  

2. Drain the pasta and return it to the pot.  

3. Pour the tomato juice into the pot with the pasta. Warm over medium-low heat.  

4. Scoop into a bowl and enjoy with butter, salt, and pepper to taste.
