Parmesan Crusted Chicken Strips

Ingredients:  

  • 1 lb chicken strips  

  • 1 cup mayonnaise  

  • 1 tsp garlic powder or Italian seasoning  

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese  

  • Parchment paper  

Instructions:  

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (or air fryer).  

2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, garlic powder or Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese.  

3. Coat the chicken strips in the mixture and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.  

4. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until crispy and golden.  

5. Serve with tomato or Alfredo sauce and noodles, if desired.
